Tom Milne

TOM MILNE was a leading British film Critic, contributing to Sight & Sound, the Monthly Film Bulletin, The Observer, The Financial Times and The Times during his career. During the 1960s he worked at the British Film Institute as Associate Editor of Sight & Sound and Editor of the Monthly Film Bulletin. In addition to his study of Mamoulian, published in the BFI/Thames & Hudson Cinema One series, Milne published a number of monographs on Film Directors Joseph Losey (1967) - also in the Cinema One series - and a short study on the Danish Director Carl Theodor Dreyer (1971) and edited and translated an anthology of interviews and writings on Jean-Luc Godard (1972).\

Tom Mooradian

Born into the blue-collar immigrant community of southwest Detroit in 1928, Tom Mooradian graduated from Southwestern High School in 1947 with high academic honors and offers of athletic scholarships. He joined a repatriation group and went to Soviet Armenia, graduated from the Institute of Physical Culture and Sports with a bachelor's degree, coached junior basketball teams, and became a legendary basketball player for Soviet Armenia. After spending 13 years trying to return to his homeland, he was granted an exit visa by the Soviet government, attended and graduated from Wayne State University with a major in journalism, and worked for Detroit suburban newspapers until his retirement in 2003. \

Torkom Saraydarian

Torkom Saraydarian (1917-1997) was born in Asia Minor in Sivas (Sepastia). Since childhood he was trained in the Teachings of the Ageless Wisdom under the guidance of his loving father. He continued his search and training and found how the Ancient Wisdom Teachings shed light on the man's quest to understand life. He dedicated his entire life to search for the Light of Wisdom and expressed his findings and understanding in speech, writing, music, and leadership. His legacy is the expression of his inner growth.
