Role: Author

Gerard Chaliand, a world-renown political scientist, author and lecturer, is also a poet. With “The Stubborn March” he has produced one of the most powerful poems of the last decades. He has taught among other places at Harvard, Berkeley, UCLA and Ecole National d’Admmistration of Paris. He has traveled around the world extensively and has been a participant/observer to various Third World guerrillas. He is also the author of an international cookbook.

Գեմաֆին Գասպարյան ծնվել է 1984թ, Երևանում: 2001-2005թթ սովորել է ՀՊՃՀ «Քոմփյութերային համակարգեր և ցանցեր բաժնում: 2005-2007-ը ծառայել է ԼՂՀ Պաշտպանության բանակում, սահմանապահ : 2007-2009թթ սովորել է Գիտությունների Ազգային Ակադեմիայում, Կառավարման մագիստրոս: 2011թ-ից ասպիրանտ ՀՊՄՀ-ում, թեկնածուական թեզը < ԲՈՒՀ-երի կառավարման պարադիգմայի փոփոխությունը, նոր մոտեցումներ>: 2009թ-ից աշխատում է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունում, Վերապատրաստման և զարգացման թիմի ղեկավար:
