Dr. Boyajian has eloquently narrated the saga of his immigrant parents and the Armenian Genocide survivor family and friends. They recreated a piece of the lost paradise, western Armenia, in Washington Heights, New York City.\

Boyajian has focused our attention on “”Hayots Badeevuh”” (Honor of the Armenians), a psychological phenomenon linked with denial and non-recognition of the first genocide of the twentieth century. Hayots Badeevuh is a universal condition to all Armenians inhabiting the globe.\

Lewis Carroll

Lewis Carroll (1832–1898), the pen name of Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, was an celebrated English author, mathematician, logician, and pioneer photographer. A brilliant lecturer at Christ Church, Oxford, he achieved timeless global fame with his classic children’s novels Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland (1865) and Through the Looking-Glass (1871). Characterized by his unique mastery of wordplay, literary nonsense, and subversion of rigid Victorian logic, his works introduced legendary characters like the Mad Hatter and the Cheshire Cat, permanently transforming fantasy literature.

Լուիս Քերոլը (1832–1898 թթ) անգլիացի հռչակավոր գրող, մաթեմատիկոս, տրամաբան և պիոներ լուսանկարիչ էր։ Լինելով Օքսֆորդի Քրայսթ Չըրչ քոլեջի փայլուն դասախոս՝ նա համաշխարհային ու հարատև փառքի արժանացավ իր մանկական դասական «Ալիսը հրաշքների աշխարհում» (1865 թ․) և «Ալիսը հայելու աշխարհում» (1871 թ․) վեպերով։ Աչքի ընկնելով բառախաղերի, գրական նոնսենսի յուրահատուկ վարպետությամբ և վիկտորիանական դարաշրջանի խիստ տրամաբանության հնարամիտ շրջմամբ՝ նրա ստեղծագործությունները կերտեցին այնպիսի լեգենդար կերպարներ, ինչպիսիք են Գժվոր Գլխարկագործն ու Չեշիրյան Կատուն՝ ընդմիշտ ձևափոխելով ֆենտեզի ժանրի գրականությունը։

Lika Zakaryan

Lika (Anzhelika) Zakaryan was born in 1994 in Stepanakert, the capital of Artsakh. She studied at the Department of Political Science of Artsakh State University and holds a master’s degree. She then graduated from the Peace Work Institute, where she studied in-depth conflict management and peace-building methods. In 2018-2019 she worked at the Montesori School in Würzburg, Germany, as a coach on conflicts and peace-building. Returning to Artsakh, she started working for the Armenian media outlet CivilNet, in the team working for Artsakh. During the war, she started to keep and post her diary, in which she wrote about the war and the people caught up in it. The diary became widely read and loved by people around the world, and remains a definitive chronicle of those forty-four days.
