Aline Koroukian is an Armenian cookbook author and culinary entrepreneur based in the United Arab Emirates. She is widely recognized for her efforts to preserve and celebrate her culinary heritage by adapting traditional recipes for contemporary home cooks. Koroukian is the author of Aline’s Bouquet of Sweets (2012), an anthology comprising 100 international dessert and traditional Armenian pastry recipes. She followed this success with Aline’s Cuisine (2016), a comprehensive volume featuring 180 authentic Armenian and international dishes, complete with step-by-step cooking guides, helpful tips, and vibrant food photography.
