By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to misuse the Site or engage in any unlawful activity.

  1. Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Products may vary slightly in appearance from images shown
  • Availability is subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time

As a bookstore with over 40 years of history, our inventory includes items from various publication dates. Some products, especially books published prior to 2000, may show signs of age such as discoloration, wrinkling, or general wear. Unless explicitly stated, items are not used, but may not be in perfect condition due to age and in-store handling.

  1. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is shipped

For posters and similar items, we take care to package them properly but cannot guarantee that items will arrive without minor bends or creases due to shipping conditions.

  1. Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are accepted only for cases of physical defects, including:

  • Missing pages or missing text in books
  • Inoperable DVDs or CDs (customers are expected to test items on multiple or newer devices to confirm the issue is not due to equipment)

Important Conditions:

  • Wear and tear, discoloration, or wrinkling due to age or in-store browsing are not considered defects and not eligible for return
  • Older items may not be in perfect condition, and this is expected and not eligible for return
