Sossy Shahinian-Sagherian is a well-known Lebanese-Armenian children’s author, publicist, and dedicated educator. She is especially recognized for her literary contributions aimed at nurturing Armenian identity among Diaspora children. Notable among her illustrated children’s books are Aramo and his Dream and The Goals of the Three Sisters: Peace, Justice, and Firm Foundations. Through her literature, she strives to keep Western Armenian alive and engaging in the hearts of younger generations.
