Angela Teryan is an Armenian historian, researcher, and head of the Ancient and Medieval History Department at the Yerevan History Museum. A graduate of Yerevan State University, she specializes in the ancient period of Armenian history, mythology, and statehood, arguing that Yerevan’s true historical roots date back roughly 6,000 years. Over her career, she has published dozens of research articles and specialized monographs, including The Cult of God AR in Armenia, Armenia: Cradle of Creation and Civilization, and Ancient Written Sources of European Nations About Their Ancestral Homeland—Armenia and Armenians. Her scholarship focuses heavily on the ancient roots of the Armenian Highland, regional pantheons, and historical mentions of early Near Eastern states.
Անժելա Տերյանը հայ պատմաբան, հետազոտող և Երևանի պատմության թանգարանի հին և միջնադարյան պատմության բաժնի վարիչն է: ԵՊՀ շրջանավարտ պատմաբանը մասնագիտացել է հայոց հին պատմության, դիցաբանության և պետականության ոլորտներում՝ փաստարկելով, որ Երևանի պատմական արմատները հասնում են մինչև 6000 տարի առաջ։ Նա հեղինակ է տասնյակ գիտական հոդվածների և մենագրությունների, այդ թվում՝ «ԱՐ աստծո պաշտամունքը Հայաստանում», «Հայաստանը՝ արարչագործության և քաղաքակրթության օրրան» և «Եվրոպական ժողովուրդների հին գրավոր աղբյուրները իրենց նախահայրենիքի՝ Հայաստանի և հայերի մասին» աշխատությունների։ Նրա հետազոտությունները կենտրոնանում են Հայկական լեռնաշխարհի հնագույն արմատների, պանթեոնների և Մերձավոր Արևելքի վաղ պետական կազմավորումների վրա:
